实际应用发现，使用传统的非隔离稳压电源供电的系统，常常受到干扰，如浪涌、静电等，导致电路不能正常工作或系统不稳定、数据传输的误码率，甚至出现故障损坏等。

为提系统的稳定性及可靠性，建议客户在设计工控类产品的前级电源时，尽量选择带隔离的电源模块；在工作环境较好，要求不的场合，系统前级电源可选择非隔离的电源模块。

（2）方案推荐一：采用带隔离的宽压输入电源模块宽电压输入系列DC-DC模块，转换效率，低温度特性好，带容性负载能力强，具有完善的保护功能，可持续短路，引脚方式，UL94-V0阻燃封装，自然冷却，无需外加散热片，无需外加元件可直接使用，可直接焊在PCB板上。电路结构为闭环反馈系统，内部框图如图 1.1所示。特别适合于DC输入的系统前级供电

不需要隔离措施，可选择宽压输入非隔离输出的电源模块，其内部框图如图1.3所示。使用时，根据实际需要，可在模块的输入端安装保险丝、瞬态保护二管和防止输入电压反接的保护二管，可以有效防止电路反接、输入瞬态过压和因模块失效造成输入端的短路。建议保险丝选用熔断时间小于10ms、额定电流大于2倍模块输入电流的慢速保险丝。
